RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

In accordance with the legal provisions in force and in particular with the provisions of art. 52 of Legislative Decree. 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product (s); the cost of the order will then be reimbursed net of the shipping costs for delivery. Regardless of the method of withdrawal chosen by the Customer, the returned Product must be returned intact and unused, together with the original packaging and any accessories, in the same condition in which it was received, no later than 14 calendar days from the day it was communicated the withdrawal from the purchase. The Customer who intends to exercise this right must write an email to our customer service at info@andyboutique.it. The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer.

b. REFUND, VOUCHER-PURCHASE AND DISCOUNT CODES

In the event of the right of withdrawal exercised in the manner, terms and in compliance with the conditions of these general conditions of sale, the Customer has the possibility to opt for a refund of the amount paid or to request the issuance of a voucher of the same amount to be used. within the terms and conditions provided. In case of reimbursement of the amount paid, the Customer will receive an email confirming the success of the return; Andy Boutique will credit the amount corresponding to the amount paid for the returned Product net of shipping costs through the payment method selected at the time of purchase, within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods.

In the event of a purchase voucher request, a three-month shopping voucher will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Customer within 14 calendar days of receipt of the returned goods, starting from its release, which can be used by the Customer. for subsequent purchases.

Discount codes cannot be combined with each other or with purchase vouchers unless explicitly provided for.



ITEMS NOT ORDERED, DAMAGED OR NOT CONFORMING TO THE ORDER

We wish to inform customers that andyboutique.it subjects their garments and the materials with which they are packaged to strict quality controls, guaranteeing their marketing in perfect conditions. In the event that the garment received does not meet the Customer's expectations due to differences with respect to what was expected at the time of the order, the Customer may return it within the terms of the return period (14 calendar days from the delivery of the order to communicate the request for withdrawal and 14 calendar days following this communication to send the return to Andy Boutique).

If there is evidence that the package at the time of delivery is tampered with or not intact and that, consequently, the product has suffered damage during transport, the customer must refuse the package. Andy Boutique will refund the product sold that has been damaged during the shipment made by the courier, provided that the Customer has communicated in writing via the e-mail address info@andyboutique.it damage within 48 (forty-eight) hours following the refusal of the package delivered to him, pursuant to the above.

If even one of the above conditions is not respected, Andy Boutique will not credit the amount paid, nor will it replace the product which, in this case, will be immediately made available to the Customer for collection at his expense. In this case, Andy Boutique will communicate via email the refusal of the return, indicating the place where to make the withdrawal.

COMPLIANCE - WARRANTY

As regards the guarantees of conformity of the purchased product, the legal guarantees provided by law are also applicable to the sale of Andy Boutique products regulated by these general conditions. We therefore refer to articles 129, 130 and 132 of the Consumer Code relating to the rights of Customers towards Andy Boutique in the event of non-compliance of the products delivered and the methods of their exercise.

MAJOR FORCE

The execution of the services by the company Andy Boutique may be suspended in the event of the occurrence of a fortuitous event or force majeure, including natural events, which prevents or delays its execution. In the event that the suspension of the service should be prolonged for a period exceeding 15 days, the Customer will have the possibility to cancel the order placed and will be reimbursed for the amounts already paid.
